Yes, all of our CCTV installations come with a 3-year manufacturer warranty and intruder alarms come with a minimum 2-year manufacturer warranty. Street Smart Security do not charge a call out fee for the first year of your warranty. After the first year has passed, a call out charge will be applied.

Yes, we ask for a 20% deposit once you accept your quotation. The deposit secures your order of equipment and is therefore non-refunable. An installation date will be agreed after your deposit has been received.
